Symptoms:
Second appraiser want to re-appraise staff, however the appraisal status is already shown as "Appraisal Completed" and the "Staff Final Rating" button is no longer available as staff already acknowledged the final rating given by the second appraiser
Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
If the second appraiser need to re-appraise the staff, the second appraiser need to inform the first appraiser to click on "Staff Final Rating".
First Appraiser :
1. First appraiser login system and go to "Incoming Appraisal" screen.
2. Click "Staff Final Rating" for the affected appraisal.
3. If there is no changes need to be made, click "Confirm Rating" button at the bottom of the page.
Second Appraiser :
1. Second appraiser login system and go to "Incoming Appraisal" screen.
2. "Staff Final Rating" button will be visible for the affected appraisal.
3. Proceed to re-appraise the staff accordingly.
