Cost Centre Selection not appearing in Expense Template or Claim items page

a) Go to Setup > Company > Cost Centre, click <New Cost Centre> to create the cost centre under either <All Companies> option or select the appropriate company from the drop down list before creating.

b) Go to Expense > Expense Management > Expense Option, ensure:

1. GL Generation Type has been set to <By Expense Type> under GL File Setting section
   
2. 'Claim Item Cost Center Entry' is ticked
