Does Maternity Leave takes in weekends and public holidays into consideration for calculation?

Symptoms:
When an applicant applied for Maternity leave, the system ignores the weekends and public holiday within the duration


Possible cause (s):

The “Use Leave Calendar to calculate Leave Duration” option is ticked.


Suggested workaround/ solution(s):

The system excluded PH and weekend because of Leave Calculation > “Use leave calendar to calculate leave duration” is ticked.


1. Check the setting via Leave > Leave Management > Leave Scheme > Select Leave Scheme > Choose the Maternity Leave Group > Prorate Setting tab.

2. Untick “Use Leave Calendar to calculate Leave Duration”,  in order for the maternity leave calculation to include weekends and public holiday.
