Encounter 'Microsoft VBScript runtime error ‘800a000d’. Type Mismatch: ‘clng’. /eAppraisal/eHRNewStaffApp3.asp, line 74' when submitting an appraisal form
Symptoms:
The above error message occurs when a manager tries to submit employee appraisal form after selecting the employee, appraisal template, performance period and click on Submit button under Appraisal -> My Staff Appraisal.
Possible cause(s):
No one is assigned with the Appraisal Administrator role
At least one user MUST hold the Appraisal Administrator role
Suggested workaround / Solution(s):
a. Go to Personnel -> Employee Records ->Employee Role
b. Assign one user with the Appraisal Administrator role
