Encounter 'No channel available' when click on 'New Feedback Channel' in Feedback Channel Management
Encounter 'No channel available' when click on 'New Feedback Channel' button in Feedback Channel Management. This means there is no channel available and has to create a new Feedback Channel category.
Solution :
1. Go to All menus > HR Portal > Feedback
2. Click Company Setup/Category section
3. Choose 'Feedback' from the dropdown list in <Type> field to add a new category.
4. Once created, users will be able to add new feedback channel without any error.
