Symptoms:

Encounter ‘An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line x, position xxx.’ when submitting leave with attachment

Possible cause(s):

It happens because the file name for the attachment contains special character such as @, #, $, %, &, *, +.

Suggested workaround / Solution(s):

Rename the file and remove the special characters.
