How can employee reset their own password

1. Employee to click on <Forgot Password> at the login screen



2. Enter the required information and ensure is correct before clicking on <Submit>. 



3. If the information provided is correct, employee will be prompted with below message and email notification will be sent to the employee. If below message is not prompted, means the information that has been entered in point 2 is incorrect, hence, employee will need to re-enter with correct information in order to proceed.



4. Employee will receive the email notification, click on the hyperlink 'here' in the email to reset the password



5. System will show the temporary password



6. Employee to login Frontier system with the temporary password



6. Once login to system with the temporary password, employee will be prompted to enter a new password to reset the temporary password
