How does a manager request Career Change for employee
How to request a Career Change for employee by a Manager.
Steps :
1. Administrator to go to Personnel > Access Rights > Select Manager > Tick Career Change Requester Role for the Manager.
2. Manager to go to Personnel > My Staff Record > Career > Select Staff > New Administrative Request > Select 'Employee Career Change' > Submit
3. Key in/edit the details that require a change > Select the appropriate Administrator from the drop down list for the approval > click Submit
4. Admin to go to Personnel > Incoming Manager Request > Approve
