How to change Plan on Self-Appraised Mid-Year Appraisal after manager completed the self appraisal

Possible cause(s):

None

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):

1. The manager will need to commit the appraisal first.
   
2. Next, go back to the appraisal and click on the icon as highlighted as below and click "Save".
   
3. Once the manager has clicked Saved, the manager will see that besides "Mgr", it is shown as "Done, not committed

1. Manager will be able to see the icon of change plan.
