How to change the Leave Approver after the application has been submitted by employee?

How to change the Leave Approver after the application has been submitted by employee?

Possible cause(s):

Employee selected the wrong approver during the Leave Application

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):

  1. Admin go to Leave > Employee Leave > Transaction
  2. Choose “Approver Replacement” from the Action Task dropdown list and enter the transaction number and submit
  3. Select the new Approver and click Next
  4. Tick the Leave Application and click “Replace Checked Transaction”
