1. Click on All Menus
2. Go to Leave -->Leave Management -->Public Holiday
3. Click on [New Template].
8. Click on [Add Holiday].
9. Repeat from step (7) to step (8) to add other holiday’s name and date according to calendar year.
2. Select the company to add in the leave calendar.
3. Click on the ‘Calendar Name’ you wish to edit.
4. If the year requires is not in the list under ‘Attach Public Holiday’, click on [Generate].
5. For ‘Generate
Start From’, select January, follow by the year
For ‘Num of Year to generate’, leave it as default 5
7. Click [Edit Leave Calendar].
8. At Year, click on the icon
9. Select the relevant holiday template, that is the newly created
11. Repeat steps (2) to (9) for all the different leave calendars and companies.
