How to mass update the end date for Recurring pay?
Solution:
Go to Payroll --> Employee Pay --> Pay Assignment --> Mass Assignment
1. Select the Pay Element that requires the recurring end date to be updated.
2. Select the employee Paygroup and click search.
3. Enter the amount, start date and end date for the selected pay element.
Note : Amount and Start date must be the same as the original setting in Recurring pay. If the start date is not the same as the start date for this recurring pay element, system will create a new recurring pay item instead of updating the existing recurring end date.)
4. Select the appropriate employee to update the recurring end date for the selected pay element.
