How to mass upload variable data in a batch?
Solution:
Go to Payroll-->Payrun-->Variable Data-->Batch.
1. Click on <Upload Entry>
2. Click on Download Template, to download the excel template
3. Open the excel file and fill in the data.
4. Refer to the information on the screen to check what are the information that needs to be compiled for each column. Col 1 refers to Column A in the Excel template, Col 2 refers to Column B in the Excel template etc
5. Once the data is compiled, click <Upload entry> to upload the data by clicking on Choose file and select the Excel file which you have saved and click Submit
You may tick on "Check duplicated pay element" in order for system to check whether you have duplicate Pay element in the same pay period.
