How to setup Organization Structure

Symptoms:

How to setup or define Organization Structure for a company.

Suggested workaround / Solution(s):

  1. Go to “Setup” > “Company” > “Company Structure” > “Structure” tab.
  2. Select “Company’ and click on the parent OU (left side). Next, click on the “New Sub Unit” (right side).
  3. Fill in all the mandatory fields and then click on the “Submit” button to save it.
