Symptoms:
Is it possible for employee to add/edit goal after the manager has appraised the employee and the staff has also self appraised but is still pending rating from higher management level

Action for Manager
1. Go to My Staff Appraisal > Employee Incoming Appraisal to look for the employee's appraisal under "Appraisal Forms". From the appraisal transaction, click on the "Appraise Staff" icon under Appraisal column.
2. After clicking on the Manager Self appraisal, click the

icon. On the next screen, just scroll
to the bottom and click on Save button. 3. Once saved, the manager self appraisal status will change from "Done" to “Done, not committed”. Next, click on “<<Back to Incoming Appraisal” at the top left corner of the screen.

After returning to Incoming Appraisal screen, click on change request icon
under Plan column. 5. Manager needs to enter some remarks in the comment section. Next, click on “Request Staff Review” button to ask the staff to add/change the goals in the appraisal.
Action for Staff
1. After the Manager request for change on the appraisal form, the staff can go to Appraisal > My Appraisal Status. In the My Appraisal Status, the staff will be able to see the "Change Request"

icon . Click the icon to start editing the appraisal.
2. In the next screen, the staff will be able to add in new goal or edit the existing goal.
3. Click on "Save Plan", then followed by "Change Plan" button after completing the amendment.
4. The staff is required to input some comments on the changes. Click "Confirm" button and system will send the amended plan to Manager for approval.
