Symptoms:
View Entitlement information, “Limit To” is still showing as ZERO even after providing a leave credit for the employee. The days given was not updated.
Possible Cause(s):
The control value is set to ZERO within the entitlement setup
Suggested workaround / solution(s):
To rectify :
1. Go to Leave -> Leave Management -> Leave Scheme
2. Click on the affected
Leave scheme
3. Click on the affected Leave group code
4. Go to Control Value tab
5. Enter the control value as “99999”
6. Click on Submit button
