Setup for Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Steps :
- Setup > System > Global Setting > Two Factor Authentication (Enabled) – To turn on the two factor authentication feature.
- Log in using employee ID and password
- Scan QR Code shown on the screen (please install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) or type in the provided key in the Authenticator manually
- Key in OTP generated by Authenticator and click Submit
Once the above steps are done, employee should be able to login to the main screen.
