How to add staff personal email address in the system for record/reference purpose

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
1. Go to Personnel > Employee Record > Personal > Others tab
2. At the screen, click [ Click here to Setup Additional Field ].
3. Select the correct company profile and edit a Field name for the additional information (eg: edit the fieldname to "Staff Personal Email") and click <Save>.
4. Go to Personnel > Employee Record > Personal > Others tab. The user can start entering the personal email here and click save when finished.
5. For mass upload for several staffs, the user can click "Upload Others/Misc" button, download the template and fill in the template according to the legend as guidance.
