Staff encountered error "The Expense Group daily entitlement amount is exceeded" and unable to submit claim

Symptoms:
While drafting claim form in Expense module, staff encountered the error at the submission page and the 'Submit' button is also not visible for clicking. The claim amount does not exceed the annual Benefit Scheme entitlement.

Possible cause (s):
The Expense Admin implemented a daily capping for the Expense Group/Type. 

Eg:
Staff submitted a Claim Form A with Expense Type XYZ dated 1 Nov 2023 and was approved. 
Staff submitted another Claim Form B with Expense Type XYZ dated 1 Nov 2023. Claim Form B will encounter the error and unable to be submitted.

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
1. The staff will need to change the date in the second claim form to another date. 
2. Expense Admin to remove the "Per Day" capping and use the "Per Form" capping instead.

To change the setting, go to Expense > Expense Management > Benefit Scheme > select Benefit Scheme > go to "Assigned Expense Group" or "Assigned Expense Type" section to amend.
