What is the meaning of Level Access Scope in Employee Hierarchy?

Access Scope selection is located at Personnel > Processes > Employee Hierarchy > any of the created Company Hierarchy > Up line/Down line View of the staff

Explanation :
Suzana Goh, HR Manager (top level)  in the Hierarchy

- If Suzana Goh's Access Scope is set as <1 Level Access>, she can only view immediate staff (Staff under the level in the red box) related information eg Leave details if she was given the appropriate access rights such as Leave Admin or Manager group.

- If Suzana Goh's Access Scope is set as <2 Level Access>, she can view her immediate staff (red box) plus the staff who are one more level (green box) below her.

- If Suzana Goh's Access Scope is set as <3 Level Access>, she can view staff with additional level below, that is those in Red, green and blue box.

Note :  Appropriate access rights will need to be given to Suzana in order for her to view staff information belonging to those levels.

Usually, Access Scope level 2 will be defined for employees with managerial role, as the manager will only need to access his subordinates and his subordinates' subordinates information.
