[SG] Why does Self Help Group Funds (SHGs) not included in the CPF calculation?
Symptoms:
The payslip showing the deduction of the SHGs but the SHGs does not appear in CPF calculation
Possible cause(s):
The SHGs pay element code in the Payroll > Payroll Management > Pay Element has been changed
Suggested workaround/solution(s):
The system fails to read the SHGs since the code has been changed to other code.
The user need to check the Pay Element code for SHGs in Payroll > Payroll Management > Pay Element and ensure it follows as below:

The Pay Element name for the SHGs can be changed, however the Pay Element code CANNOT be changed as it is hardcoded to the CPF calculation.
