Symptoms:
The FWL amount is not pro-rated correctly even though the start and end date is correct.
Possible cause(s)
The override FWL days is entered under Payroll > Employee Pay > Payee Data> Statutory tab.
Therefore, the system calculate the FWL amount base on the Override FWL days instead of base on the FWL date information.
Suggested workaround / solution(s):
Ensure the date information of the FWL is entered accordingly at Personnel >Employee Record > Personal > Statutory tab.
Do not enter enter the overridden days if the date information is provided
