Why the 2nd approver field is empty when submitting enrolment/ILP
Symptoms:
This happens when the selected workflow is 2 tier: Immediate Manager then Admin
Possible cause(s):
No staff within the organization is holding a Course Administrator role.
Suggested workaround / Solution(s):
- Go to Personnel -> Employee Records -> Employee Role.
- Assign a valid administrator to the Course Admin role.
