Why the SDF information is unavailable under Course -> Scheduler

Symptoms:

“No SDF claim information available ” was displayed when the "SDF" button was selected under the path: Learning -> Course -> Scheduler.

Possible cause(s):

  1. No subsidy created for the Learning module
  2. No subsidy selected within the course
  3. The particular course has not been attended by the employee, whereby the status is still showing “Enrolled” or “Not Attended”.

Suggested workaround / Solution(s):

The SDF information only contains information for the course that has been attended by the employee, which status appears as “Course Attended”.

Take note:  If there is no subsidy selected for the course, it will not contain SDF information. Therefore, selecting the subsidy as SDF is needed for each of the course before the enrollment process.

  1. Solution 1:
    a. Go to Learning -> Learning Management -> Subsidy
    b. Under the Schemes tab, click on “New Subsidy Scheme”
    c. Fill in the mandatory field, select issues country, and available to. Then select the status as “Open”
    d. Click on the “Save” button
  2. Solution 2:
    a. Go to Learning -> Course -> Course Directory
    b. Select any course available, and then within the Edit Course page, select the Subsidy as SDF
    c. Click on the “Save” button
