How to upload a document to the Document Center on the Homepage?
Symptoms:
The Administrator would like to upload document to the Document Center on the Homepage for all staff to access.
Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
1. The Administrator may upload the document at All Menus > HR Portal > Documents > click <New Document>
2. Fill in the required information.
3. At Document Filename option, click <Choose File> to upload the document.
4. Once done, click <Save>.
The uploaded document will appear on the Homepage under HR Portal widget > Document Center.
Note: The Administrator will need to be assigned with 'OA Administrator' at Personnel > Processes > Access Right in order to access HR Portal menu under All Menus (step 1).
