Why does the Leave Scheme that was duplicated have an empty Leave Group?

Symptoms:
Duplicated a Leave Scheme from a source entity to a destination entity but there was no leave group in the duplicated Leave Scheme at the destination entity.


Possible cause (s):
The Leave Group inside the Leave Scheme duplicated is different/absent at the destination entity.

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):

Ensure that the Leave Group Code in the destination entity is similar with the Leave Group Code from the source entity. 


If the Leave Group in the destination entity does not exist, duplicate the Leave Group first before duplicating the Leave Scheme.

1. Go to Leave > Leave Management > Leave Group/Type to duplicate the Leave Group from the source entity to the destination entity.

2. Next, duplicate the Leave Scheme by going to Leave > Leave Management > Leave Scheme > Select Company > Click Duplicate button > Select the destination company > Click Duplicate button.
