Email notification on error regarding Badge number while importing RAW clocking data
Symptoms:
Attendance Administrator received system email notification, indicating error was encountered while importing the RAW clocking data for the company. Eg of the error - [badge number: NNNN] EMP_NOT_FOUND (17 Sep 2022 02:13 PM)
Possible cause (s):
The badge number does not exist in Frontier system. Hence, the system cannot identifies the raw clocking data is pertaining to which staff.
Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
Administrator will need to check the clocking device to identify the badge number is registered under which particular staff and entity.
Once identified, login to Frontier system, go to Personnel > Employee Record > Career > Office Contact > Badge Number field and enter the badge number for the employee
