How to generate the missing clocking transactions for those records that are showing in Raw Timing Summary report

Issue:

There are transactions with raw clock date and raw clock time in Attendance report (Raw Timing Summary by Employees) with no Processed date and the clocking transactions are missing.

==> This is due to clocking transactions not being imported on the same day or the following day.

Solution:

1. Go to Attendance > Employee Attendance > Clocking transaction > Click on 'Click here to view the missing attendance transactions for the employee'.

2. Select the appropriate <Company>, <Working date> and click <Search> icon

3. Tick the checkbox against the staff working date records and click <Generate Transaction> button

Administrator will be able to view the staff clocking transactions once the generation is completed.
