Employee is unable to perform mobile clocking as clocking map is missing from MeHR mobile apps

Symptoms:
Employee is unable to perform mobile clocking as there is no feature/map for clocking at the homepage in mobile apps.

Possible cause (s):
1. The Worksite or Badge No at Office Contact (Personnel module) is empty.
2. The Time Device/Location is not set to allow for mobile clocking.
3. The employee is not assigned to a Shift Policy yet.

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
For Possible Cause 1 - Go to Personnel > Employee Record > Career > Office Contact and assign the correct Worksite or Badge No to the employee.

For Possible Cause 2 - Go to Attendance > Attendance Management > Time Devices-Locations. At Time / Device Location tab, click the affected device/location, choose "Available for both virtual time device clocking and mobile clocking" at Available For setting.

For Possible Cause 3 - Go to Attendance > Employee Attendance > Assign Policy > select the affected employee > assign the staff to a Shift Policy accordingly.
