Encounter Token error when Approve/Reject Leave Application via Email

Encounter “This token is no longer valid as it may have been processed or it has lapsed its validity duration” when click on Approve/Reject Leave link in the Email even though is the first time clicking on the link.


Solution

To whitelist Frontier url from their email setting so that there is no security check on the email, rendering the token been used/opened.
