Symptoms:
How does the system assign Self Help Group funds (SHG) to employees. Which fields will determine and trigger the system to auto assign the SHG funds.

Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
The Fund deduction will be based on Race and ID Type.
1. For Race, the system will refer to the field at Personnel > Employee Record > Personal > Basic tab.
2. For ID Type, the system will refer to the field at Personnel > Employee Record > Personal > Statutory tab.
a) If race is Chinese and ID type is Singapore citizen or PR, system will assign CDAC at Recurring Pay
b) If race is Eurasian and ID type is Singapore citizen or PR, system will assign ECF at Recurring Pay
c) If race is Indian and ID type is Singapore citizen or PR or EP, system will assign SINDA at Recurring Pay
d) If religion is Muslim/Islam and ID type is Singapore citizen or PR, system will assign MBMF and MEND at Recurring Pay.
