Symptoms:
User want to delete/remove the variable data that have been uploaded via Excel template at Payroll > Pay Run > Variable Data > Batch tab > Upload Entry.
Possible cause (s):
1. User accidentally uploaded wrong information for the variable data (eg: wrong Pay Run, amount, etc.)
2. User wants to remove multiple staffs' Variable Data that have been uploaded recently via Excel upload.
Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
1. To remove, go to Payroll > Pay Run > Variable Data.
2. Go to Verification tab > select the search filter accordingly (set Pay Group, Pay Element, Pay Run type and Pay Period) > click Search.
3. Select the staff's name that you want to remove by ticking the checkbox.
4. Once confirmed, you can delete by clicking the cross-box checkbox (Remove selected).
