How to retrieve previous month missing payslip for staff?
Symptoms:
The payslip for previous month did not appear from the list in Payroll > My Payroll > Payslip.
Possible cause (s):
The payslip could be accidentally removed from the Payroll > Pay Run > Action > Manage Pay by the Payroll Admin.
Suggested workaround/ solution(s):
- Payroll Admin need to re-run Pay run for the affected staff for the Pay Period
Go to Payroll > Pay Run > Action > Activate Run - Select the affected employee name. Click “Submit”.
- Next, go to Payroll > Pay Run > Action > Manage Pay, enter the appropriate employee, pay group and pay period in the search filter.
- Tick the employee name, click “Release Pay” button and select the date for the payslip to be released before clicking Submit.
