Why employee is unable to view last month E-payslip?
Symptoms:
Under Payroll > My Payroll > My Payslip, the employee is unable to find his/her payslip for the previous month.
Possible cause(s)
The payslip was not released to the employee
Under Payroll > My Payroll > My Payslip, the employee will only be able to view payslip that has been released by the administrator.
Suggested workaround / solution(s):
- Go to Payroll > Pay Run > Action > Manage Pay tab to release the payslip to the employee(s)
- If the payslip(s) to be released is older than the Previous Pay Period (i.e. If current Pay Period is Dec 2008 and trying to release payslip that are older than Nov 2008), need to request SQL statement releasepayslips.sql from Frontier e-HR Customer Care.
(Note: This script will release ALL pay records within the system and the client may use it at his/her own risk)
