Encounter 'Empty password detected, unable to proceed' when new employee trying to login system

Symptoms:

Administrator created a new employee and grant access right to Frontier e-HR system. However, when the new employee try to login (click on “Submit” button), the above error is encountered.

Possible cause(s)

Administrator did not set the employee ID as the initial password for the new employee or set a default password.

Suggested workaround / solution(s):
  1. Login as Administrator or Master, Go to Personnel -> Processes -> Access Rights
  2. Select the new employee
  3. Under Access to Frontier e-HR box, check on 'Set the initial password to employee’s ID' or set a password for this staff
  4. Click on first “Submit” button
