How to approve personal record changes that has been updated by employee?

Symptoms:

Employee who has been assigned with Personal Administrator rights will be able to approve changes that have been updated by staff in the personal record.

Suggested workaround / solution(s):

  1. Go to Personnel >> Incoming Change
  2. Select the required information and then click on Submit button
  3. Click on “details” icon to view the details and take action (approve/reject) the transaction
